The WooCommerce integration is a free feature in SimplBooks. Once the integration is active, you can import WooCommerce sales into the software from the sales invoice view.

📢 Note! You must have an existing WooCommerce account before you can connect it to SimplBooks.
1. Enable the integration from Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce > Activate.
In the view that opens, enter:
- Online store URL
- API key
- API secret
Note that the URL is generally the main site address, not the store-specific address. These details can be found in WooCommerce under REST API settings.
2. Once the integration is active, a WooCommerce button will appear in the Import section of the sales invoice view.
💡 Tip: If you use inventory tracking in SimplBooks, you can also use WooCommerce inventory products. In that case, enter the product code saved in SimplBooks into the SKU field in WooCommerce inventory management. More detailed instructions on inventory tracking and products can be found here.
